Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! I am working with several clients who have never stepped foot in a gym until now. Those same people are growing more comfortable, pushing their limits each session, in a gym environment...and having fun while doing it!
Not if you don't want to! What makes you feel most comfortable, is very important. That means if you prefer to workout from home, I'll set up a plan for you to do that while I hold you accountable and keep touch throughout the week to make sure things are going smoothly. I can provide online consultations to help you correct your form from home!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time/ effort you put in, keeping yourself held accountable, and pairing the workouts with a healthy diet as well!
